The former premises of Marmorosch Blank Bank were designed and erected in several
phases starting with the year 1912.

We imagined the community life of this building centered around two urban, yet
private courtyards.

Olympia Tower

The site has a very small area and it is considered almost impossible to build on because of the complexity of the underground networks, the proximity with the fuel station, or even the difficulty of accessing the dense and crowded street network.


