The buildings on Calea Victoriei are representative through symmetry, a sense of order and monumentality and the quality and richness of their finishes and details. Located in the proximity of iconic listed heritage buildings, our proposal blends into this valuable context, offering a contemporary, yet timeless interpretation of its character.

The old building receives an extension – a glamorous mesh and could host an iconic flagship store. The new building is guided by principles of symmetry, rhythm and clarity of the
facades. An open portico leads to a cafeteria, offices and also representative and luxurious apartments, each developed on two floors.
