The site has a very small area and it is considered almost impossible to build on because of the complexity of the underground networks, the proximity with the fuel station, or even the difficulty of accessing the dense and crowded street network.

A seemingly trivial theme, a seemingly simple solution – an office tower. The façade offers the necessary dynamics for the volume, and the alignments are the ones that define the attitude to the existing context, provoking and completing the market space. Together they aim to order the space and to determine the center of the market.
