We aim to create a landmark project, in great respect for monuments and the history of the place, bringing 3 new products on the local market: a new class of shared office space, industrial lofts, an ensemble that features monuments – residential and office buildings alike, like a one of a kind community center that has the potential to become a city attraction.

We value the presence of the bridge, both in terms of access and visual impact. The main question that we ask ourselves is ‘what is the impact that this project will have on the area?’

We start this process in the hope that the project has a strong potential to become a drive for growth and responsible development in this part of the city.
