Villa N lies on a 350 square meter plot in a deconstructed area of the city. Thus, the main challenges were the building’s relation with the urban grid, the rather narrow plot, and of course the clients’ requests; they wanted a house that resembled the design of a 1911 building (which you can see at www.villaesche.de).
